Registration and Other Information

You must provide us with the following information on the registration form:

• name
• date of birth (you must be 18** as of May 14^th, 2010 to attend unless accompanied by parent or guardian)
• address
• phone number
• email address
• emergency contact phone number
• name as it is to appear on badge

** Minors may not attend this event without an accompanying parent/legal guardian. Minors may not register separately from their parent/legal guardian. The adult accompanying their minor MUST register themselves first, then register the minor.

You will be asked to provide proper identification in order to pick up your ID badge. This badge will be your ticket for the entire weekend. In the event that you have misrepresented yourself, your ticket fee is not refundable. Please read the privacy statement and payment information below. Registration is now closed.

Privacy Statement

We are collecting your personal information only for the purposes of being able to reach party attendees. All information will be kept confidential and private. Additionally, your email and other personal information will not be sold or given away to third parties.

Payment Info

We are offering a few different methods of payment:

• Paypal -- This is the most efficient and safe way of paying. Your choice of using regular funds or using your credit card.
• Personal Check -- Checks should be drawn on US funds. Checks must be received within 7 days of receipt of your confirmation email. A fee of $40 USD will be assessed on any overdrawn checks.
• Money Order -- Money orders should be drawn on US funds. Money orders must be received within 7 days of receipt of your confirmation email.
